Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using XForge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use XForge.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Dodo Payments. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use XForge for spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything that violates 𝕏's terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant XForge a limited license to store, process, and publish that content on your behalf.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
